The Master of Arts in Education program (MAEd) is a two-year graduate program that reinforces the students’ understanding of educational theories, concepts, curriculum, and instructional techniques in order to further advance in their professional careers. It enhances the teachers’ theoretical and technical knowledge in teaching a specific subject area or professional area and prepares students for various administrative and supervisory positions in elementary, secondary, post-secondary and vocational programs. The program also gives emphasis on research and is geared towards equipping students with a variety of tools, techniques, and methodologies for conducting, critiquing, and evaluating research in education. The Master of Arts in Education, major in Educational Management is designed for educators who are interested in acquiring knowledge and expertise in the area of educational management. The Master of Arts in Education, major in Special Education is a graduate program aimed at preparing educators to effectively teach and support students with diverse learning needs.

Master in Business Administration

The Master of Business Administration program (MBA) is a two-year graduate program that enhances the knowledge and skills of business administration graduates on the theories, concepts and practices in management, managerial processes and research methods.
It also covers topics in high-level decision making especially in business theoretical and empirical competencies and handling management as well as administrative problems. The program centers on the current management techniques application, functional areas in the field of business, relevant concepts in economics, applied mathematics, statistics, and behavioral science, and their practical applications usually accomplished by way of actual applications. A Greenville MBA does not only teach students about theories and applications of business concepts, processes, tools, and techniques but also teaches students about managerial tools and right decision-making processes in a business. The program incorporates research through Thesis Writing which is a final requirement for graduation to the program

Master in Public Administration

The Master in Public Administration and is a 2-year degree program designed to provide students with theoretical knowledge and practical skills in public sector management, policy development, and labor relations. It equips students with the fundamentals of good governance and policy analysis.
Students of the Greenville College MPAG program will be introduced to how to decipher management and governance of government institution and how decisions in government are made, as well as administrating government projects to carry out those decisions in an efficient and transparent manner.
A diverse background is required for the degree, with classes in public policy, management, sociology, and political theory.
