Greenville College’s founder and President Emeritus, Dr. Lilia Cuizon, who herself is a recipient of Ivy League education from Cornell University in the United States, established Greenville College Pasig as an accessible means of quality education for Filipinos.
Today, as Greenville College continues to innovate and update its educational offerings, the day-to-day leadership and management of Greenville College are now headed by Engr. Joseph Dexter Cuizon is a civil engineer by profession, also holds a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from Ateneo University, and he is also a graduate of the esteemed Harvard University Kennedy School of Government in Boston, Massachusetts
Engr. Luisito A. Cuizon
Chairman
Engr. Luisito A. Cuizon is the Chairman of the Board of Greenville College. He has a Civil Engineering degree from Mapua University and is an entrepreneur with more than 40 years of expertise in water technology, real estate, and infrastructure development. He has served as President and member of the Board in non-profit organizations such as the Rotary International and Philippine Water Works Association.

Engr. Joseph Dexter L. Cuizon is an engineer with a Masters degree in Public Administration in International Development from Harvard University, USA, an MBA from Ateneo de Manila University, and a Civil Engineering degree from the University of the Philippines Diliman. He has more than 20 years professional experience as a corporate executive for both multinational and local corporations, specializes in real estate development, and is a Licensed Civil Engineer and Real Estate Broker.
Dr. Luisa Cecilia Cuizon Borromeo
Dr Luisa Cecilia Cuizon Borromeo earned her medical degree at The De la Salle University Health Sciences Campus. She then pursued residency specialty training in General Dermatology at East Avenue Medical Center and Fellowship training for Dermatologic Laser and Surgery at Ramathibodi Hospital Bangkok Thailand. Currently, Dr Borromeo has been a practicing Physician Dermatologist with over 15 years experience. She specializes in Diseases of the skin, hair and nails, Cosmetic Dermatology, Laser and Surgery.
Engr. Joseph Dennis Jasper Cuizon
Engr. Joseph Dennis Jasper Cuizon graduated at The MAPUA University with a degree in Civil Engineering. He is currently an entrepreneur and specializes in edible and crude oil manufacturing. He is the owner of Alfa Commercial Trading Corporation and Prime Industrial Oil Mill Corporation, both of which are situated in the province of Laguna. He also has interests in fuel and lubricants and is also the owner of 4G Distributors Inc. He has more than 20 years' experience in manufacturing and trade and is also a licensed real estate broker.

Dr. Delia Carmela D. Mendoza
DEAN OF GRADUATE SCHOOL
Dr. Delia Carmela Dela Cruz Mendoza is a distinguished educator and academic leader, holding a Doctor of Philosophy in Education major in Educational Leadership and Management from Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Marikina (PLMar). She completed her Bachelor of Technical Teacher Education major in English for Technology at Marikina Polytechnic College, followed by a Master of Arts in Education major in Educational Management at PLMar. A licensed professional teacher and civil service eligible, she has been recognized as one of the youngest professors to teach across multiple academic levels—from elementary and high school to college and graduate school—in reputable institutions such as PLMar, Far Eastern University, National University, and New Era University. Dr. Mendoza actively participates in academic trainings and conferences and has delivered lectures in the fields of Filipino, English, and Japanese (Nihongo). She further enhanced her expertise in Japanese Language and Culture through studies at New Era University’s Technical Education Skills Development Center and the University of the Philippines Department of Linguistics. She has also served as a volunteer mentor under the NEU Alternative Learning System, held roles within the Christian Employees Association, and acted as Academic Adviser of the PLMar CBI Chapter. Currently, she is an education consultant to several private institutions. With strong leadership competencies, proven academic expertise, and a deep commitment to educational excellence and institutional development, Dr. Mendoza is fully qualified and now serves as Dean of the Graduate School and Directress of the Center for Quality Assurance of Greenville College.

Christopher Armand L. Caguia
Principal of the Basic Education Department / OIC - college dean
Christopher Armand L. Caguia, LPT, MAEd, an educational leader with extensive experience in higher education, school administration, curriculum development, and faculty training. He is currently pursuing his Doctor of Education major in Educational Administration, building upon his completed Master of Arts in Education major in Educational Management. Mr. Caguia has served in various leadership capacities, including principalship, directorship, senior high school management, and executive administrative roles. His work centers on instructional leadership, program development, and strengthening academic and organizational systems. A licensed professional teacher, civil service professional, and active resource speaker, he has facilitated numerous seminars on communication, pedagogical strategies, workplace ethics, and English proficiency. He also received several recognitions for his commitment to professional service and excellence. With more than a decade in the field, Mr. Caguia continues to contribute to education through leadership, training, and advocacy for quality instruction and learner-centered practices.
